This is just one of those menus that came together from ingredients I happened to have around in my kitchen at the time.
- Challah rolls with bagel seasoning
- Tricolor quinoa with dried oyster mushrooms and chanterelles with cranberries and sliced almonds and lemon
- Roasted sweet potatoes, fennel, eggplant, garlic, carrots, radishes, & tempeh, with cashews, dill, herbes de provence with lavender, and lemon
- Soup of barley, dried chanterelles and oyster mushrooms, celery, fennel, and yellow potatoes, with vegetable broth
- Rosebud and cardamon tea
- Bread and butter pickles and cooked beets
- Chocolate almond tartlets by Hail Merry
- Chocolate chip almond cookies
- Three bean salad
